Where do you ship to?
Currently, our shipping services are limited to the United States of America. However, we encourage you to check the Amazon website specific to your country to explore the availability of our publications in your country.
Will my entire order ship together?
Depending on how many books are ordered. For wholesale quantities, please contact me directly before placing an order.
How long does shipping take?
All orders are shipped via USPS. Please allow 2-3 business days for orders to be processed after your purchase is complete. Generally, an order will arrive in 5-10 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a USPS tracking link. Please allow up to 24hrs for the link to activate.

If you need to change your order — please send an email within 12 hours to info@ellianaolivia.com. We cannot guarantee changes after that time frame, as we strive to send out packages promptly. Unfortunately once the items have shipped changes cannot be made.

my order was delivered to the wrong address?
Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout are the buyer's responsibility. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate to avoid any inconvenience.
RETURNS
What is your return policy?
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund. We will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item plus any applicable taxes to your original form of payment for items returned within 30 days after the delivery date. All returns require approval within 30 days from delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition. Shipping fees are not refunded. No refunds or cancellations are possible for downloadable items.
What if my order is damaged?
In the rare case that your product is damaged, we will ship you out a replacement at no additional cost. All you need to do is send us a photo of the damaged product.
